This website is operated by Alavuden Kiinteistö- ja Tilitoimisto Oy, a Finnish limited company (Osakeyhtiö) registered at Torikatu 1, 63300 Alavus, Finland, Business ID 0226379-5, EU VAT number FI02263795, entered in the Finnish Trade Register on 21 July 1978. Using this website means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

An information site describing services the firm offers, and a way of getting in touch. It is not a client portal, it holds no client data, and there is nothing to log into.

Nothing on this website is advice. The pages describe services in general terms and cite Finnish statutes and Tax Administration guidance for orientation. They do not take account of your circumstances, and no accounting, tax, legal or business advice is given until there is a written engagement agreement in place and we have seen your actual figures. Do not act on anything here without taking advice on your own situation.

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it creates a client relationship. Sending an enquiry does not create one either. A relationship begins when both parties sign an engagement agreement.

We publish no fees, rates or packages anywhere on this site. Accounting work is scoped from a real ledger; a figure published in advance would be a commitment nobody had made. The estimator returns workload and the statutory filings your answers trigger — it is expressly not a price, not a quote and not an offer.

Stated plainly, because a service list is only half of what a reader needs. Alavuden Kiinteistö- ja Tilitoimisto Oy does not provide, and does not introduce clients to providers of:

• Statutory audit. We are registered for accounting, bookkeeping and tax consultancy. We are not a firm of authorised auditors. Where your company needs a statutory audit we prepare the material for it and work alongside the authorised auditor you appoint.
• Loans, credit or credit brokering of any kind, to businesses or to consumers.
• Debt collection, debt settlement, debt write-off or insolvency arrangements. We do not negotiate with creditors on your behalf and we make no claim about reducing or removing a debt.
• Investment, securities, insurance or pension advice. The firm holds no authorisation from the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority and none of its work requires one.
• Legal representation before a court or an authority.
• Schemes designed to obscure a tax liability. We apply the reliefs Finnish law provides, we will tell you where a position is arguable, and we will decline an engagement rather than assist with one whose purpose is to hide what is owed.
• Property management (isännöinti). Housing company work is bookkeeping, payroll and financial statements only.

Alavuden Kiinteistö- ja Tilitoimisto Oy is a private company. It is not the Finnish Tax Administration (Verohallinto), not the Finnish Patent and Registration Office (PRH), not any other public authority, and it does not act on behalf of one. Where this site quotes a statutory figure or a deadline, it names the authority that published it and links to that page, so you can go to the source rather than rely on us.

Statutory figures on this site were read from the cited authority pages on the review date shown next to each one. Finnish tax law changes, sometimes at short notice and sometimes mid-year. We re-check and re-date, but between reviews a figure may be out of date, and the authority’s own page prevails over ours in every case.

The company details published here come from the Finnish public register. If you find any discrepancy between this site and the register, the register is correct — and we would be grateful if you told us.

We aim to keep the site available and correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The site may be unavailable during maintenance or because of events outside our control. We publish no uptime figure, because we have not measured one and would not want you to rely on a number we invented.

To the extent Finnish law allows, Alavuden Kiinteistö- ja Tilitoimisto Oy is not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published on this website in the absence of an engagement agreement. Liability for work actually performed for a client is governed by that client’s engagement agreement.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Finnish law.

The text, design and code of this site belong to Alavuden Kiinteistö- ja Tilitoimisto Oy unless stated otherwise. You may read it, print it and quote it with attribution. You may not republish it as your own.

Outbound links go to public registers and to authority guidance, and are there so you can verify what we say. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content — though if one of them contradicts us, believe them.

Personal data is handled as described in the privacy policy, and browser storage as described in the cookie policy. Both form part of these terms.

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes are heard by the competent court of the domicile of Alavuden Kiinteistö- ja Tilitoimisto Oy in Finland, unless mandatory Finnish law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

These terms may be updated. The review date at the top changes when they do, and the version in force is the one published here at the time you use the site. Last reviewed 26 August 2026.
