Request a proposal
Tell us about the company, and we will tell you what the work is
What comes back is a written proposal — the scope, the timetable, who does what, and the fee that belongs to it — after a conversation about your actual ledger. What does not come back is a number generated by a form.
Why there is no instant quote
Two companies with identical turnover can be a factor of three apart in accounting work, depending on how the documents arrive, how the last accountant left the ledger, and how much of the year has to be corrected before anything can be relied on. A price produced before anyone has opened the books is either padded or wrong — and in a regulated field, it is a claim nobody could stand behind.
So the sequence is: you tell us the shape of it, we look at what you actually have, and then a figure goes in writing together with the scope it belongs to.

See roughly how much work this is
The estimator returns workload and the statutory filings your answers trigger. It does not return a price, for the reasons above.
Scope estimator
How much accounting work is your company, really?
Six answers, and the panel works out the recurring monthly workload, which service level that implies, and every statutory filing your situation triggers — with the deadline the Tax Administration actually publishes for each one.
Invoices in, invoices out, and bank events.
Estimated recurring workload
Typically between 10.8 and 15.2 hours, averaged over the year so the year-end is spread rather than spiking.

What drives it
- Payroll is deadline-driven: the earnings payment report follows every payday.
This is not a price, and it is not a quote. This is an indication of scope and workload only. It is not a price, not a quote and not an offer, and it is not accounting or tax advice. The figures it uses about your company are the ones you typed. A real engagement is scoped from your actual ledger and set out in a written agreement. We do not publish fees for accounting work anywhere on this site, because the honest figure depends on the state of a ledger nobody has looked at yet — and a number produced by six dropdowns is not a number anyone can stand behind.
Whether your company needs a statutory audit is settled by the Auditing Act (Tilintarkastuslaki 1141/2015), not by this estimator. We are registered for accounting and tax consultancy, not for statutory audit, so we confirm the position with you and work alongside an authorised auditor where one is required.
