What we take on, and exactly what is handed over
Registered line of business 69201: Accounting and bookkeeping activities; tax consultancy. Each service below lists the deliverables, what we need from you, and the statutes the work is governed by. No prices — accounting work is scoped from a real ledger, and a figure on a web page would be a commitment nobody has made.
Boundaries
Work this firm does not take on
Statutory audit
We are registered for accounting, bookkeeping and tax consultancy. We are not a firm of authorised auditors. Where your company needs a statutory audit we prepare the material for it and work alongside the authorised auditor you appoint.
Credit, debt and insolvency services
No loans, no credit brokering, no debt collection, no debt settlement or write-off arrangements, no restructuring or bankruptcy administration, and no introductions to anyone offering them.
Investment and financial advice
We do not advise on investments, securities, insurance or pension products, and we hold no authorisation from the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority to do so.
Legal representation
We prepare the accounting and tax material a dispute needs and work alongside your counsel, but we do not act as legal representatives.
Schemes designed to obscure a tax liability
We apply the reliefs and deductions Finnish law provides and we will tell you where a position is arguable. We do not design structures whose purpose is to obscure liability, and we will decline the engagement rather than do so.
Property management (isännöinti)
Housing company work here is bookkeeping, payroll and financial statements. Decisions about the building, its contracts and its maintenance remain with the board and its managing agent.
Standing disclosures
- Alavuden Kiinteistö- ja Tilitoimisto Oy is a private accounting firm. It is not the Finnish Tax Administration, not the Finnish Patent and Registration Office, and not any other public authority, and it is not acting on behalf of one.
- We do not offer loans, credit, debt collection, debt settlement, debt write-off, insolvency arrangements or investment services, and we do not act as an intermediary for anyone who does.
- Nothing on this site is a promise about the outcome of a tax assessment, an audit or a business decision. Statutory filings depend on facts and on the authorities, and no adviser controls either.
